Honey

We met Ian David Hart of BeeHouse Honey at a  local Farmers market where he was  championing English Honey.  Ian names the Honey after all the hives to where they are kept, to what the Bees are collecting,  to what is growing on the  fields i.e oil seed rape and to what they eat themselves.
